These PRiMO guitar bodies are a stand-out amongst their product range for one particular feature: their bound edge.
PRiMO are known for their set of unique colours, patterns and features, offering replacement bodies for Stratocasters, Telecasters, and Jazzmasters. And whilst they do offer some more traditional, familiar finishes – there are a few solid colours and sunbursts available – most of their bodies are finished in colours that lean towards the unconventional.
It’s amongst the Telecaster bodies that we find these three options:

Each have their own distinct character. The Alabaster is minimalist, providing a sharp silhouette with its black outer edge. Black Onyx, with it’s high-polished finish, has an incredible shine. The Burnt Sage finish has a vintage vibe with its muted green tones. What they share is a strip of binding on their front face that truly enhances that classic Telecaster shape.
Whilst each body has its own personality, all three carry the same specification as the other PRiMO replacements. They are made of Alder, known for its balanced tonal qualities, and are finished with a gloss polyurethane coating for durability and shine. The pickup and control cavities are shielded, reducing electronic noise and hum, while a universal neck pickup route ensures maximum flexibility for custom setups. But it’s the front-facing binding on these three bodies that really give them that added edge.
